1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Nomly, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details updated.

2. Description of Service

Nomly is an app to suggest recipes to you based on the ingredients you have or what you fancy eating. Its primarily goal is to help you make decisions faster and reduce food waste.

The app allows users to:

• Add information on what ingredients they have
• Use a camera to take photos of barcodes of food items
• Review and confirm ingredients they use when making meals
• Store and manage ingredients within their account

3. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of the app require an active subscription.

Subscription features may include:

• 7-day free trial (if offered)
• Monthly subscription access
• Yearly subscription access
• Subscription validation and access management

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by the respective platform.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing policies of the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or platform billing policies.

Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription within the Nomly app, you agree to the following terms:

Billing and Payments

All subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You authorize the respective platform to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any associated taxes in accordance with their billing terms.

Automatic Renewals

Unless canceled, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). You acknowledge and agree that renewal charges will be automatically processed unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions must be managed or canceled directly through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting the Nomly app, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. You remain responsible for any charges that accrue prior to the cancellation taking effect.

Pricing Changes

Nomly reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features at any time. If prices increase, we will notify you in advance through the App Store or Play Store in accordance with platform policies. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Platform Control

All billing, renewals, and refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly by those platforms. Nomly does not have access to, nor control over, individual user billing accounts or payment details.

Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases made through the Nomly app are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy. Because payments are processed through Apple or Google, Nomly cannot issue direct refunds.

Refund Requests

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit the request directly through the platform where you made your purchase:

• Apple App Store: Report a Problem
• Google Play Store: Request a Refund

No Partial Refunds or Credits

Nomly does not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, early cancellation, or periods of inactivity.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, ensuring timely cancellation if you choose to discontinue service, and maintaining valid payment information. Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes your acceptance of the renewed billing period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By subscribing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid transactions. Any disputes must first be addressed through Nomly’s customer support team. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms.

4. Barcode Reading

Nomly used 3^rd party software to read barcode information.

Extracted information may include:

• Product name
• Product description
• Product quantity

These technologies and may not always be fully accurate.

Users are responsible for reviewing what they are saving to their profile.

5. User Content & Uploaded Materials

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Nomly.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or infringing material

You grant Nomly a limited license to process, store, and display uploaded content solely for operating and improving the app services.

6. Collection Data & User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of item information saved within their collections.

Once information is reviewed and confirmed, items may be stored in a view-only format within the app.

7. Security & Data Protection

Nomly uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information, including encrypted transmission and secure storage practices.

While we take security seriously, no platform or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should maintain secure passwords and protect access to their accounts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the app

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, software, branding, and related technology, is owned by Adarsh Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users beyond permitted use of the app.

10. Service Availability & Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the app from time to time to improve performance, security, or compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adarsh Intelligence is not responsible for:

• Barcode reading inaccuracies
• User-entered or confirmed information
• Loss of uploaded content or collection data
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond reasonable control. Use of the app is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if use of the service creates legal, operational, or security risks.

Users may stop using the app and cancel subscriptions at any time through their account or app store settings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the app or related services. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Netherlands unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
